While at Harvard, the HSRA group will lead a song-making workshop in the Hilles recording studio, Penthouse level, facilitate workshops, and interact with Harvard students, staff, and community members, in a session facilitated by Dr. Daren Graves. The event is sponsored by Dean’s Diversity Innovation Fund, The Office of Teaching and Learning, Black Student Union, and HIVE: Harvard Innovation in Education.
HSRA founder David “T.C.” Ellis, who has previously been recognized by Harvard University as a national innovator in the area of education, expressed his excitement at being asked to present at Harvard for the second time, saying, “Anytime you’re asked to visit Harvard is an honor and privilege. I love the Harvard campus and can’t wait to mix it up with the students. I am especially grateful to be able to carry our message of innovation in education to the Harvard community."
